The Vision Council is a non-profit autonomous event, with no political or religious affiliation. The event is sustained with private and institutional donations to cover the operational costs. The registration fee goes to cover food and infrastructure expenses and to give scholarships to representatives of indigenous and low-income communities. This event seeks to generate a culture of regeneration in harmony with nature and have a positive effect on the inhabitants of Bacalar. And the bioregion

Due to the physical and ecological limitations of the venue — El Cayuco Maya, located on the edge of the Bacalar Lagoon, or Lake of the Seven Colors — and to avoid a negative impact on the nature and population of Bacalar, the 2017 Vision Council will have a limited number of participants, so we invite you to register to confirm your attendance as soon as possible. The cost of the event, which will last a week, includes food, camping and access to all activities.

The cost of the event, which will take place over the course of a week, includes all meals, the right to camp and access to drinkable water, as well as your participation in all the activities.

As with our past 15 gatherings, we are offering very accessible fees thanks to the support of our collaborators and the voluntary work of a large number of people who are giving their time and resources in the preparation of this event year after year.

Can I come just for a few days?
